Do you live abroad?

Your answers are used only to tell you when property management opens and prepare the review of your property. They are neither sold nor published. You can access them, correct them or object to their use (Moroccan law 09-08). Our privacy policy

Questions we get asked

What contract do tenants sign?

A written lease under Moroccan law 67-12. For short stays, we file the application for the authorisation required by law 80-14.

How does the money reach me if I live abroad?

By bank transfer on the 5th of each month, in Morocco or abroad, from an account separate from ours, with a line-by-line statement.

We are several heirs: how does it work?

Each of you sees the same statement and receives their share directly, according to the shares you give us.

My property is not in Casablanca.

Tell us which city it is in. We open the cities with the most requests, always with a team on the ground, and we’ll tell you as soon as we open.
