What this figure does not say

Not tax, not a loan, not the property’s resale value. This result comes only from your figures: it is neither a promise of income nor investment advice.

Questions we get asked

What is the difference between gross and net yield?

Gross only compares the rent with the price. Net takes out months without a tenant, upkeep, charges and management, and adds buying costs and works to the price. It is what tells you what is left.

Why don’t you give an average yield per city?

Because published figures contradict each other and are often gross. Yours depends on this property’s price, rent and condition. Check the rent against comparable listings in the neighbourhood.

Is tax included?

No: neither tax on rents nor a loan, as they depend on your situation and country of residence. Ask a tax adviser.

Where do the buying costs come from?

They are estimated for titled property: registration duties, land registry, notary and sundry costs. Your notary will give you the exact amount.

And to manage it?

We let and manage your property, with clear statements and nothing spent without your agreement.
